The Eau Claire North/Eau Claire Memorial/Altoona co-op girls’ hockey team split its opening two games, defeating Superior 2-0 on the road on Saturday, November 29, and losing 4-1 to Chippewa Falls at home on Tuesday, December 2.

A new coach and a new philosophy will usher in the third season of the Eau Claire North/Eau Claire Memorial/Altoona girls’ hockey co-op program this winter.
Marty Fadness will coach the ECA Stars this season, taking over for Bart Steffen, who went 24-17-2 in the program’s first two years, including a 12-8-1 record last season.
